Inotera provides commodity DRAM foundry services on 300mm silicon wafers and currently has two inter-connected 300mm fabrication facilities with a combined capacity of approximately 130 thousand wafer starts per month. According to the supply agreement between Inotera and its customers, Micron and Nanya Technology, all of Inotera’s manufacturing capacity will be reserved for these two customers on an equal basis, and Inotera sells its products to them according to a contractually defined pricing formula.
